Help me help Swaggy!!

Swaggy has been tossed between 3 homes in less than 6 months. Her last owner simply couldn't handle her medical care . She has a severe ongoing UTI which is causing her to pee blood clots. She has hair loss on both of her sides, and a golf ball size lump on her hind leg. She is the most loving dog and only wants to be in your lap, despite her broken history. I took her to the vet Friday for a full exam and update on all vaccines, however, she needs exploratory procedures on the blood in her urine, as the antibiotic is not clearing it up. Because it has been left untreated for months, there could be other internal problems that are causing the continuation.
She is also going to need an appointment with an allergist to figure out her hair loss if not cleared up, and this is just the tip of the iceberg! ANY help you can provide will be of huge assistance to Swaggy!
