Be Olivia Strong RIP Olivia Bowman

My name is Carolyn Short.  I have started a go fund me account for my Dear Friend, Janice Hatton and her 27 Y/O daughter Olivia Bowman.  Olivia was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastasized melanoma on  Sept . 26, 2016.  The cancer is everywhere including bones & muscles. The tumor on her neck is growing everyday and is now causing pain.  Olivia had a non cancerous brain tumor when she was 6.  She was able to overcome it.  We are hoping for the same miracle this time.  Janice and Olivia are both on Medical Leave from their jobs.  Janice needs to be there to take Olivia to Dr. Appointments, Hospital visits for chemo check ups every 3 weeks in Indianapolis and a lot of other expenses caused by Olivia's cancer.  Janice and I have been friends since we started driving School buses together in 2000 and worked together at the Lake County Jail as Correctional Officers, putting our lives on the line every day.  Janice is a single Mom and needs our love, support, prayers and yes our donations.  Donations will go a long way toward taking the burden off  the shoulders of Janice and Olivia, so Olivia can focus on beating Cancer's butt and Janice can give her daughter the love and support she needs!!  Any donations that you are able to make will be so appreciated and hopefully will help Olivia to beat Cancer one more time.  Thank you and God Bless each and every one of you who are able to show your support in whatever way you can.
