Rudeen Dowdell

Rudeen Dowdell – hard working mother of four children; Ashley, Avery, Ceanne and her angel Celene, daughter to Beverley Johnson, sister to Donnamarie Lunan, Jacqueline Lock and Christopher Haynes and loving wife to Frederick Dowdell.

Rudeen is a true professional, a tactful and loving, spiritually filled woman of God as she was raised to be.  Since June 2013 she has been fighting and dealing with stage 4 Endometriosis Cancer.

Rudeen had a full hysterectomy and removal of the first tumor in her pelvic area. Since then the tumor has grown back, with radiation treatments along with ongoing chemotherapy, she has endured this experience having little or no effect to the cancerous tumor. Rudeen has not been able to return to work as of February 2, 2016. The the chemo dosage she received on February 12, 2016  took a toll on her body and has left her with fluid retention in both legs.

This has kept her from doing the things that she has naturally dedicated herself to do as a devoted wife, loving mother, daughter, sister, and compassionate aunt. She recently had a bad blood infection that she is now having antibiotics administered daily for 2 weeks and will start her 3rd round of chemo when finished.

Through this all Rudeen and Frederick have been selfless and took in two children (a brother and sister) that desperately need their assistance. 

Her husband Frederick Dowdell has been with her through the entire process, barely leaving her side. Her mother Beverley has also been her ROCK.

Rudeen needs your assistance along with continued prayer, but mainly for some financial support as insurance barely covers treatments and hospital stays.  And while home the supplies needed to keep Rudeen comfortable.
