Hello my name is Juby, I am Olai Phompong's older cousin. It is with heavy heart that I have to say we lost such a beautiful person inside and out in the early morning of Tuesday, September 27, 2016 just shortly after 3:30am. Olai was in a tragic car accident on her way to work that morning. When the sheriff was standing at my door and gave me the news, I felt like I couldn't breathe and the worst part was breaking the news to her parents who loved her so very much. She was their only living daughter. Those who have met her know that Olai had a contagious laugh and she was full of life and the happiest person in the room. Olai was very caring and loving to everyone she came across. Oh how much she loved everyone's kids. You can find her always helping around during parties and family get togthers and any function she was invited to, whether she knew the person or not, she would pitch in and help clean, cook and do dishes. Olai was just 23 years old and starting her life. She was a free spirit who loved to travel and was a huge foodie. She loved to cook for her brothers and her friends every chance she got. Olai leaves behind her parents, her older brother Vahnzai and his wife Jeanette, and their daughter, her beautiful neice Sakura and three younger brothers, Thongmai, Vilai and Somjai. Olai adored her 2 baby brothers so much, who she nicknamed Choi Choi and Baby Woo. She did everything for them and I am hoping this account will help ease some of the financial burden that her parents are going through. Any donation will be helpful and we are thankful for whatever you can do. If you are more comfortable donating another way, you can contact me or go to her parents house where you can also donate there. Thank you all for your time and let's help lay this beautiful angel of ours to rest.
