Chris needs a Prosthetic Eye

Update: 9/13/16 - I am withdrawing the funds(minus fees) on behalf of Chris and will pay Dallas Eye Prosthetic directly. Thank you again everyone. We have 2 outside donations that helped us reach the goal.
Update: I called today 9/12 to setup an appointment. The cost has gone up to $3400.00 but I am sure we can get the new goal. Since there is a fee with this great site we need to raise $3700.00
My friends may know my hardship. I lost my eye in 2014. This pic shows me with a "fake" eye or prosthetic.
A few weeks ago I met Chris and he is also in the pic. He needs help with cost of a prosthetic eye. I know how hard this is and I hope my friends can help.
Chris was unfortuntly shot on accident by a shotgun September 24th 2004. He was shot at close range in the side while the pellets ricocheted in his body and ended up lodging on the bottom of his brain which caused him to lose his eye.
I know the struggle of being made fun of for not having a normal look. I wore sunglasses till I got my prosthetic due to financial issues. At that time my doctor helped front me the money to get eye. I am and will be forever in debt to his great gesture.
Please help my friend Chris in his time of need.
