Last week in the morning of September 21st, Olivia Dawn Chapa-Baltimore, age 35 was tragically and suddenly killed in a car accident while taking her son to school. Her son, Anthony, miraculously survived the accident without any physical injury.
As the family has gathered to mourn this tragic loss and prepare her memorial services, we have unfortunately learned that she did not have a notarized plan, will leaving her directions for a moment like this, nor an insurance policy. As a result, her assets have been frozen and will not be accessible until the probate court process has taken its course.
We have received numerous requests and inquiries from friends across the country on how they can help during this difficult time. Due to this outpouring of support, we have now created this campaign. The funds raised will go towards the memorial service to be held tomorrow (29 Sep) and anything extra will go to her 2 children Julian, age 15 & Anthony, age 13.
