Hey everybody, my name is Cecilio and I’m Latinx Queer Trans man here in Toronto. I’ve just reached a milestone in my transition! I’m currently waiting to have a double bilateral mastectomy with masculine chest contouring (top surgery) done by Dr. Mclean in Mississauga on November 11, 2016!!!!
I’m here on gofundme to ask for donations for the surgery and for my recovery time. The mastectomy is fully covered by OHIP, YAY Ontario! But the Chest contouring I have to pay for, which is money I don’t have. Looking for $2500 to cover the contouring and recovery time.  I do a lot of physical labour at my job, so I have to be fully healed before I can go back.

Any size donation will be a big help!!! I was doing some maths and if 200 people donate just $12.50 I could have all the money I need. Should I have any money left over I will donate that to Black Lives Matter Toronto.

This surgery is going to be life changing for me. I have been waiting since 2015 for a date, though it feels like it’s been way longer. Since I started transitioning this is what I’ve been dreaming about. I will finally feel complete. My last roadblock now is financial, and I think with the help of my community I can over come this.  Please share this video if you can’t give funds, thank you <3
