On September 23rd our precious Nia was diagnosed with a heart condition called Ventricular Septal Defect(VSD)-a hole in her heart that will be fixed with open heart surgery. Nia is currently staying at Valley's Children's Hospital where she's been since the 23rd as she awaits her surgery on Thursday the 29th. She is expected to stay there for 2-3 weeks post surgery.
