Hi, my name is Chenda and I am a sales market manager in Arizona. I have an employee who is currently facing some hardships in his life. This employee may work for me but he is way more than just an employee. He is family to myself and the rest of the team. We really would like to help him out by raising these funds.
Jabbar a store manager in Scottsdale, AZ who is a loving father and a husband for a stay at home mother. He was unfortunately faced with an unexpected medical issue where he needs to have emergency surgery to save his vision. Financially, he is unable to pay for this unexpected expense. He does not qualify for medical coverage and can't seem to catch a break to save his vision. Jabbar has a heart of gold who is always willing and happy to help others. He is that guy who always has a huge a smile on his face regardless of the circumstance.
In order to help him with the expense of the surgery, we have set a date of 11/1/16 to raise these funds by. We need to raise a total of $7500. His surgery is $6000, he's been out of work for 3 weeks and we need to cover the gofundme fees.
So many times do we see large companies only view their employees as just pieces on a chess board to move around and replace as they see fit. That is not the case within my market. We care deeply about one another and we help each other to the best of our ability. To see an employee go through this hardship is heart breaking. That is why I decided to take matters into my own hands. Everyone goes through hardships at one point or another in their life, it's important to have people in your corner helping you get through the rough patches. I work for a company where employees matter and we are coming together as a unified front to help this employee here in Arizona.
I really appreciate you taking the time to read this. Anything that you can contribute would help significantly. Every little bit counts.
