Donald Francis was 46 years old from St Charles.He was a free spirit and lived his life his way.You might have seen him riding his bike around town or around Elgin,Geneva, Batavia.He didnt let the fact that he didnt drive hold him back.He had a heart of gold and was loved by many.On December 9th at 5 25 am he was in a fatal car accident.If you can help us give Donnie the funeral he deserves we would appreciate it.
