I have had several bad roommate situations that have really put me behind while supporting myself through college for four years.
One roommate, last year, texted me at work on November 1 saying they could not afford rent and they had moved out. The next, told me she wanted the apartment and needed it by December (this was end of November) and then decided not to move in till December 28. The same roommate gave notice and didn't pay last month's rent even though she agreed to.
Three years ago, a roommate stole $3800 by not paying rent.
Bad luck.
I have finally found good roommates but I can't bring them in unless I have an apartment. I've applied for a One-Shot Deal with HRA...but there is no guarantee. I need help desperately and quick. Thank you for hearing me out and I'm grateful for your aid in helping me keep my apartment.
