2017 has been an exceptionally hard year for law enforcement and it doesn't look as if it is going to ease up. The support of the public is an essential part of our existence.
Every year across the nation police officers are killed in the line of duty. The Police Unity Tour was established to support the Law Enforcement Memorial in Washington DC as well as families affected by the loss of a loved one killed in the line of duty. 2018 will be the 21st year of the Police Unity Tour which is a 3-4 day, over 200 mile, bicycle ride from New Jersey to Washington DC raising money for this cause. The Voorhees Township Police Department will be participating in the 2018 Unity Tour, so this fund was established to help raise the needed monies to support the riders as well as the funds gravely needed for the Law Enforcement Memorial and its operations.Thank you so much for your support and prayers.
