On August 22nd 2016, my wife was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer which has spread to her lymph nodes and to her bones. We now have  health insurance but no retirement or savings account. Treatment at Roger Maris in Fargo is at a standstill and we would like to return to Mayo for further treatment. I have no paid time off available and the cost of travel, lodging, food, missed hours at work and other out of pocket expenses will be $4000-$5000.

September 13th will be our 48th wedding anniversary, and I hope to have many more to come.
