A young life lost too soon leaving a family lost and heartbroken. There are no words to express how hard it is for a parent to bury a child. I would like to help the family raise money for some of Megan's final expenses.

Megan was a beautiful young women with her whole life in front of her. She was strong willed and head strong. There is nothing that we can do to bring her back. A terrible tragedy.

Her sister Shannon said it beautifully:
"This is my beautiful baby sister. She passed away early this morning. She was only 21. I have no issue with posting this because, honestly, she had no problem posting all her drama publicly on social media. She always said she wasn't afraid of telling her story and hoped that it might help someone else. She died from a heroin overdose. She went from a beautiful young woman who was thoughtful and intelligent to doa at the er in minutes. With how prolific the epidemic of heroin is in this state, everyone knows somebody that has been effected. Heroin has no bias with its victims. It doesn't just kill the users, it breaks the heart and soul of those who love them. My poor mother. You can't imagine. My father, brother, sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. And myself. You always think there was something more you could have done.
This has to stop. We need to do something, change some laws, idk. But we have to do something.
