burial expenses for Devon Higgins

Devon was a light. Loved by many. His sister is Jaime Higgins who I have worked along side for a year now at Operation HOPE at the Scarborough Police Department. We have helped over 200 people with opiate addiction get into treatment. Devon was in recovery and doing well. He had a slip and died today from an overdose. With all that Jaime has done for others, I think we can help with the burial expenses to take care of Devon. Let's show Jaime and her family that the community cares.
