Last Wednesday evening Marvin was rushed to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center Hospital. Where he has since been receiving treatment. Marv has been in the hospital for a week now. With unfortunately more time to go. With any early diagnosis of Pancreatitis and Gallstones. He is in Surgery now and we will know more soon. I will continue to update everyone, as we get more information.
This gofundme campaign is to offset the unforeseen medical expenses. As well as his mounting medical bills, hospital stay, and no clear plan of him being discharged thus far. This fund will also be for Marvin's recovery and rehabilitation. Since his prognosis is still uncertain, we want to make sure they have the funds needed to continue his medical care, hospital stay, and to make the necessary payments for his current living expenses. Marvin doesn't have insurance and since hasn't worked for over a week. We are not sure when he will be able to return to work either. We are wanting everything in line for Marv as much as possible so he is able to transition back home as comfortable as possible.
Marvin is the most hardworking, selfless, caring, and loving person we all know and he wants nothing more than to rejoin his fellow employees, family, and friends. Let's ralley together and please help him get back on his feet by making a donation, however great or small. 100% of the money raised will go directly to Marvin. If you know Marv, you know that he is such a positive and sincere person with so much passion and determination. He is determined to overcome this obstacle.
