My dear, sweet friend, Tamee, needs all our love and support, more than ever. She has always been a fighter and worked hard her entire life. I know because we worked in the same business. Her losses have come in waves, over and over again, without relief. Tragedy has destroyed her home, her marriage, and her health. She needs to recover, heal, have a roof over her head and food to eat. And now Tamee needs our help!
Here's what happened:
Tamee and her husband moved to Taos, New Mexico and bought a home that was riddled with black mold. Trying to save their home and their health, they had to rebuilt it, but the costs wiped out all their finances. By now the black mold had sickened her husband. Then the recession hit, and with no relief or employment in sight, foreclosure ensued when Wells Fargo refused to re-finance the mortgage loan and the Insurance company refused to pay their mold claim. They lost their home, their money, and the stress was too intense for the marriage..... divorce came next.
Unable to find work in our business, Tamee eventually worked as a house painter, which resulted in the need for shoulder surgery and a total right hip replacement. And on top of it all, during the recent hip surgery, the doctor broke her femur. Now unable to work until she heals, Tamee couldn't afford her tiny rental casita. She sold all of her belongings, drove to a friend's, and is now sleeping on a couch in Iowa.
She needs a helping hand, a second chance. Please, please help Tamee.
With gratitude.
