Jacob is my little cousin. He passed away unexpectedly on 9/24/16. No one is prepared to lose someone at such a young age, he was only 22. His family is devastated as he leaves behind his parents, siblings, fiancé, two children, and a huge extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. I know my aunt can't handle this right now, we are asking for anything to help raise money towards his funeral. As you can imagine no one is prepared to bury someone at such a young age and she is battling her own health issues. This is too sudden. His family needs all the help they can get right now.
