We are nonprofit 501c3 that provides low cost, high skill level, Competitive basketball to children grades K thru 8th grade in Centennial school district and the surrounding areas. We have a policy of turning no kids away due to their inability to pay. We teach basketball and life skills, sportsmanship, integrity, being a team player, respect, and self-discipline. Most importantly we provide a positive mentor, to have pride in themselves, and to be a positive member of our community.
Our neighborhood and surrounding areas are well bellow the poverty line. In fact over 70 % of students at our schools are on Free/reduced lunch programs. Our school district provides no basketball programs. We are it. So it is vital to our community that we do what we do.
We give these kids are chance, we recognize their hard work, provide a positive role model, and a place to stay off the street. Our kids our 70% more likely to go onto graduate from high school and onto college if they are involved in a sport or after school activity.
In order for us to keep fees low, and provide full scholarships to these kids we need your help!
We need equipment, uniforms, and space fees, referees, and first aid equipment just to name a few. Our hope is that in a few years every kid would be able to play for free.
