Emergency surgery for Sadie

My name is Morgan, and my dog Sadie is in need of emergency surgery for a possible foreign body. I’ve worked in animal welfare for three years and it is the most fulfilling thing i could ever ask for. I plan on devoting my life to homeless animals in need of my help. I’ve had Sadie for three years. I got her a week before i had my daughter, and they have grown up together and turned into best friends. I don’t know how i could ever explain to her that i failed her best friend just because i am low on money. I would simply never forgive myself. Just this week she started showing signs of GI upset. She hasn’t eaten for 4 days now. I’ve taken her to the vet and we have discovered that her intestines are scrunched up beside her diaphragm and she will need exploratory surgery tomorrow to fix it. Between her paw being infected last week by an unrelated injury and now this, I’ve exhausted every resource I can and I’m truly worried about how I will pay for this surgery.
