Kidney transplant to survive

Hello friends, mates, and people I do not meet, my name is Manuel Iglesias and I am fundraising for a kidney transplant surgery. I have been diagnosed with a progressive nephropathy disease that has just put me under hemodialysis treatment since one month ago. Perhaps you know that this kind of treatment is something that eventually finishes with your life, with your money, with your mind, with your stability and with your family sooner or later. When I received this notice, I was in shock, things came to my head in one second and I felt that my life finished at that moment. Now, after this time, I have been taught that fighting for life is worth it by any means, and that is why I am asking for your support to affront this situation that I do not wish for anyone. This is what I have to live and I do not think I to be defeated. I will be eternally grateful to all of you no matter if you help or not, I will be more than satisfied if you took a part of your time to read me and understand me.
