Logan's Journey: Honoring Life and Legacy

Our hearts are shattered as we share the devastating loss of our beloved Logan. At just 4 years old, he fought an incredible two-year battle against leukemia with strength, courage, and a radiant smile that lit up every room. Logan’s spirit touched countless lives, and his journey inspired so many.

As Logan’s mom, I am organizing this campaign to honor his memory and to ensure that his light continues to shine. Together with his dad, Joseph, we want to celebrate Logan in two meaningful ways:

1. Celebrate his life through a beautiful memorial service.

2. Build a lasting legacy in his name by creating a nonprofit to help families like ours, offering hope and joy to children battling cancer.

Logan’s Story

Logan’s journey was one of extraordinary courage, resilience, and love. In the beginning, he was misdiagnosed, leaving us without answers while his condition worsened. Weeks later, we received the devastating news that Logan had an aggressive form of cancer infiltrating areas of his skull and brain. Despite the challenges, Logan faced his front-line treatment bravely and successfully reached remission.

Eight months into treatment, however, our world was turned upside down when Logan relapsed. Each new protocol we pursued presented a higher and harder hill to climb. Still, Logan’s spirit remained strong as we fought alongside him.

We explored every available option, including a promising medical trial out of state. Though we held on to hope, the trial didn’t work, and Logan’s cancer progressed. After a long and courageous battle, Logan’s journey came to an end, leaving an unimaginable void in our lives.

In between these moments were close calls, long hospital stays, and countless days spent separated from family. Yet through it all, Logan’s light never dimmed. He found joy wherever he could—in hospital playrooms, in moments of laughter, and in the love that surrounded him.

We want to honor Logan’s life and ensure his legacy continues to bring hope and joy to other children and families navigating the difficult road of pediatric cancer.

Our Immediate Need

We are raising funds to celebrate Logan’s life with a memorial service that reflects his bright and beautiful spirit. This service will allow his family and loved ones to gather, honor his memory, and say their goodbyes in a way that truly captures the incredible person Logan was.

Creating Logan’s Legacy

In addition to the memorial, we are determined to create something lasting in Logan’s name—a nonprofit organization that will carry forward the joy, courage, and love he brought into this world.

This foundation will focus on:

• Supporting families in the fight against pediatric cancer.

• Upgrading hospital playrooms to bring joy and comfort to children during their treatment, just as Logan found happiness in those spaces.

• Advocating for and supporting the needs of families, ensuring they feel less alone in their journey.
