Help Howard

My name is Raymond Quoyeser. I am fundraising for my brother, Howard Quoyeser, hoping he can recover from the aftermath of his stroke.
On Friday, July 8th, 2022, Howard Quoyeser suffered a stroke, leaving his left side with partial paralysis. He is medically stable now, but the days ahead will be exceedingly difficult. Howard will need rehabilitation to get back to everyday life. Unfortunately, the current economy has placed Howard in a catastrophic situation as he is unemployed, does not have insurance, does not qualify for outside resources/agencies due to his age, and is not currently eligible for Medicaid.
On February 10th, 2022, Howard lost his best friend and brother, Edward Quoyeser. Edward had Down Syndrome. Howard was Edward’s co-pilot for life and his caretaker for the last 10 years. Anywhere Howard went, Edward was with him. When Edward passed away this year, Howard felt tremendous strain and emptiness. Ironically, July 8 is also the date of Edward’s birth.
Howard has been a backbone of the Commemorative Air Force – Gulf Coast Wing touring program with the B-17 Texas Raiders. Howard’s experience as a mission tour director and the go-to guy for media contacts and TV interviews is unprecedented.
When not on tour with the Gulf Coast Wing, he is always at the CAF-Houston Wing on their bi-monthly hangar hang out and museum days as a docent to their interactive museum of WWII history. Howard selflessly shares his time, experience and passion for aviation and history on these tours. Howard has never met a stranger and makes everyone his friend straight away.
Now, Howard needs our help to get the rehabilitation that he desperately needs so he can go back to a normal productive life and back on tour with the Texas Raiders as quickly as possible.
