Wife with Lupus & Kidney Failure

Please help! My wife has been struggling with lupus for the past 7 years. 3 years ago she was diagnosed with kidney failure . she has been on dialysis, she is finally got in the kidney transplant list. They could call her anytime from now we need help with cost of surgery and medications to continues the treatment after the surgery. Anything would help.
