Baby Rohen's Medical Expenses

Meet Chris and Amanda Reeves and their two beautiful children, Rielynn Paige and Rohen Parker. 
The Reeves learned that baby Rohen (Ro or Roey) had a heart condition at their 20 week ultrasound. That is where their journey to a heart transplant began.
Rohen was born in Kansas City, Children's Mercy so that he could quickly be monitored after birth. He was doing well! He was soon able to come home and the Reeves began adjusting to the life of a family of 4 while closely monitoring Rohen from home every few hours.
Every few weeks, the Reeves traveled to KC for Rohen's check-ups and he continued to live with well with his condition knowing that when he was bigger and stronger, they would repair. In August, the time finally came for the repair to be done but Rohen was fighting a double ear infection and needed to heal first so it was postponed until September. On the 8th, they checked in and after a few tests, were informed that his heart wasn't quite strong enough so they placed him on medication to help stregthen his heart in preparation for surgery. The medication didn't work like the doctors hoped, which only reassured them he was ready and in need of this repair procedure. On the 12th, the doctors preformed his complex repair. Only time would tell how Rohen would respond.
After 1 week on life support, it was time to make a decision for Rohen and that involved a heart transplant. Rohen is now on the list to receive a Berlin heart that will give him a better quality of life while he waits for a transplant in the PICU at Children's Mercy.
As you could imagine, the medical expenses are piling up with a long road still ahead. If you have met the Reeves, you know they would do anything to help those around them so lets Rally together for them and give them our support.
