Hello my name is Princess El I'm a single mother of four wonderful kids three daughters and one son. I'm writing this story about my second oldest her name is lachana el, she's a beautiful kind sweet young girl who's battling lupus and she's a kidney failure which she has to do dialysis three times a week. My daughter been battling this illness since she was eight years of age and let me tell you it's been a struggle for us until this day I've lost jobs during this illness because I'm my daughter only support with this battle we been through a lot of tough situation and we still are we never lost our Faith our faith is so strong but we do need help my daughter is now currently in the ICU at the University  Of Minnesota hospital which located in Minneapolis Minnesota she been in the ICU for a month now and I haven't seen no progress I'm down to my breaking point I don't have no job at all due to the illness and it's hard getting back and forward to the hospital the food support that I do get I got to split in half for chana diet food and the other half goes on me and her sibling food which don't last a month I barely can keep up with my rent because I've to sacrifice between my rent and staying by my daughter hospital bed because sometimes my rent money get me back and forward to the hospital all my daughter hair is falling out so I don't have no funds to buy her no wigs at all. Well unfortunately I'm doing something that I should've been did and I need help me and my daughter is trying to get to Rochester Minnesota to the Mayo clinic and hospital to get second advise from other doctors and we need help with transportation such as bus tickets we need help with hotel stay and food I really appreciate whoever helps us because we are struggling my daughter need help with a new makeover for her bedroom clothing wigs etc and it's had for me to do this alone I don't have a good support system but our Father God I'm not going to beet around the bush I been in my home for seven years and I might just loose all due that i can't keep up with my rent when my daughter is ill In the hospital it's very hard for us right now and I really don't want to loose my home my daughter need at home to come to I can't do this alone if any help would be a Blessing for me and chana we need all the help we can get thank you all take care and God Bless Love Always Princess&Chana
