Jack has had a rough year. June 2015 he was laid off from his job & a few days later he suddenly became very ill & was diagnosed with a ( rare to adults), pediatric chronic Kidney disease. He spent a few weeks in the hospital initially & has been in & out ever since with many complications all the while trying to do what he could, to provide for his family despite the many health struggles he has. He was recently hospitalized due to his kidneys failing & some secondary infection. He received another biopsy that revealed 2 more issues with his kidneys that caused some permanent damage. The toxic meds he is on, are a form of chemo & they suppress his immune system severely. Prior to this disease, his kidneys had never totally failed. He has been in the hospital once again for the past 2 weeks & is expected to have to remain there & a rehab facility for the next 3 weeks...& then begin another plan for treatment to get his kidneys into remission... That's best case scenario. It has been very hard both physically & mentally trying to combat many unexpected challenges. We covet your prayers for him.
