Hi everyone,
Many of you know my history of cancer back in 2012 and that treatments that I have had over the course of 2 years.  Thankfully I will hit hit 5 years in remission this upcoming summer.  Many of you also that I have been chronically ill  over the past 2 years with various bacterial and viral infections that have impacted my greatly.   Well I have an answer as to why! The infusions that saved my life have severely immunocomprimised me. My oncologist  tested my IgG, IgA and IgE levels which play an important part in your immune system.  All 3 levels are extremely low and accounts for my constant illnesses. If left untreated I will continue to be sick and it will increase my risk for other cancers. To treat this I need to have a total of three IgG infusions over the next 3 months! My insurance has denied payment!!! My oncologist even spoke to Blue Cross Blue Shield and it was still denied.  What this means is that Greg and I have to pay for it out of our pockets. We are reaching out to our friends for not only emotional support but financial support. Any amount is appreaciated and we both thank you all with all of our hearts.
