Mike,

Is one of the most positive and uplifting people we have had a chance to work with.  He is one of those guys that comes to work and makes a difference.  He is off for 1 month due to circumstances.  I need his fellow coworkers and any one with a few extra bucks to help.  

This is to help him get through this month and to let him know that we have his back through thick n thin.  Our industry is not the easiest and its not for everyone but he is a guy who belongs here and we want him to know that.
