I created this to help my friend and co-worker, Maria. Little Franco was a happy and active child who brought so much joy to his parents, Maria and Rafael. One day, Franco became ill and he was taken to the hospital. After days of tests, he was diagnosed with leukemia. The family was devastated, however, a donor was found and Franco began treatment at Loma Linda Children's Hospital. While at the hospital Franco captured everyone's hearts with his smile and endless energy. 

Franco initially responded well to treatment but he began to have complications. On September 19, he required emergency surgery and on September 20, Franco lost his battle. His family must now begin to deal with the unimaginable grief of losing a child. All donations received will contribute to Franco's burial expenses and alleviate any financial stress Maria and Rafael are experiencing.
