On Sunday, September 18, 2016, Sonia Cano lost her ongoing war with cancer. If you are familiar with this disease, you know it makes every second something to be cherished. Kristina was blessed to have spent the last year and 4 months watching her mother as such a courageous and strongwilled fighter.

They tried to prepare financially for this eventual day, but were not prepared for her to go quite so early and instead spent their time together making her mother as happy and comfertable as possible.

Any financial help you are able to give would help Kristina tremendously. Our hope is that she can give her mother a reqium that symbolizes the amazingly beautiful and heroic woman she was to Kristina and the rest of their family and friends.
