My name is Shaakirah and I currently attend Rutgers New Brunswick. My intended major is Exercise Science and Sport Studies, Applied Physiology where I later plan to attend a physician assistant program for grad school. This summer I plan on joining the Gap Medic program where they offer intership programs for college students. Through this program, I will gain a medical experience where I will shadow real-life physicians and gain clinical experiences.
