The USDF Region 9 Junior and Young Rider Dressage Teams are raising money to send both teams to Parker, Colorado in July 2016.   The Region 9 teams represent Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi and Arkansas.  The money that is raised will help to pay for entry fees, stabling for the horses and team equipment like team shirts, saddle pads, etc. 

Each contributor will be recognized on a large banner (48" x 84") that is hung by the stalls for the entire competition in Colorado.  The juniors (ages 14 - 18) and the young riders (ages 16 - 21) have been working very hard to get their horses ready for this competition. 

The amount that we are requesting only represents about half of what it takes to send the teams to Colorado.  The kids are working hard on other fund raisers at the horse shows to offset the other costs, mostly in shipping and housing costs for the week to ten days that they are on the road.
