As you may know, Courtney is in the hospital with Dustin, who is recovering from surgery. He was diagnosed with malignant cancer. A large mass was removed by a praying surgeon, and we all know that he is healed. However, this recovery will be many weeks, perhaps months. The loss of income and increase of medical costs incur a heavy burden. This medical crisis is hard enough without added financial pressure.

So many people are asking what they can do to help. Bre, Hazel and Eli are being well cared for. People who have gone through a health disruption like this know about the myriad of medical and other expenses.

Dustin is a giver. He is a servant, so not surprising that he is a firefighter. I know he would never ask for money, but this is what he really needs. I have always known him to be first to respond when anyone is in financial need. This would be a great and unexpected blessing and know Dustin would be moved by this outpouring of love.
