The original story from when I made this Gofundme for my wife Kristy's cancer treatment can be read below. Kristy died of her cancer on December 17, 2025, a mere six weeks after her diagnosis. I knew she probably wouldn't live long but I was hoping she'd get more time, maybe a year or two. But no, she declined so rapidly and now she's gone, leaving behind our two young children and myself.
Please, donate to help us pay for her funeral and burial expenses, as well as to provide for our children, as all the money we have saved up will be rapidly depleted once we've finalized her final expenses. The original story begins below:
Hello, my name is Jacob Clark. I am reaching out to humbly seek support for my wife, Kristy, whose life is at stake.
November 4, 2025, was supposed to be a day of celebration for the birth of our son, Christopher. However, it turned into a tragedy when doctors discovered a tumor in Kristy's perineal area, which they later diagnosed as metastatic melanoma. Further scans revealed the cancer has spread to her lungs, liver, and bones. She will need to immediately begin chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy and potentially undergo major surgery if she is to have any chance of survival.
I am fundraising to support her and our family as she fights for her life. I will need to devote myself entirely to caring for her, Christopher, and our two-year-old daughter, Veronica. To do so, we need finances for medical expenses and child care.
In your charity, please consider donating, or if you are unable to do so at this time, please share this page with your friends, family, and coworkers. And please keep Kristy and all of us in your prayers. She will need a miracle. Veronica and Christopher need their mommy.
God bless you all, and thank you for your donations, prayers, and support.
