Rally & Dance for Harley Carnes

In early 2015 Harley Carnes’ mother, Tryphena Kimball, took her son to Disney World for a once in a lifetime adventure. On March 12th, the day before his 9th birthday, Harley was safely belted in the backseat when their car was broadsided by another vehicle. The impact rocked his head from side to side causing him to sustain injuries to the 1st and 2nd vertebrae and a hyperextension of his spinal cord. He was taken to Children’s Hospital and given a 5% chance of survival and, if he did, the likelihood of permanent brain damage.
A few days after the accident Harley woke up and began the healing process of the brain damage he sustained. Although he is still unable to breathe on his own and paralyzed from the chest down Harley has remains upbeat and very brave; He can lift his mother’s spirits with a simple laugh – Harley has been her rock!
Due to his injuries Harley requires 24-hour care and specialized equipment to help him live his new normal.
On July 23rd, a benefit will be held at the Moose Lodge in River Falls, WI. Please join us for any or all of the activities!
Motorcycle Rally Noon - 6pm
(registration 10:30am -11:45am; kickstands up at noon)
Scenic Route in the St. Croix Valley with several stops
Dinner 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Variety Dance 7:00pm - Midnight
You can pay for your ticket(s) now, or make a general donation...Just leave your name(s) and type of ticket you prefer (you can keep your donation anonymous, or let your friends know that you've already got your ticket).
Tickets/Admission:
· $35.00 per Rider/Bike (includes Rally, Dinner, Dance)
· $10.00 additional for passenger (includes Rally, Dinner, Dance)
· $20.00 per Person (Dinner/Dance only – after rally)
All proceeds from the day’s event will go directly to Harley and his mother to help with some of their ongoing expenses.
