My name is Kholoud Lafi and I’m raising funds on behalf of my sister, Baraa Lafi, and will be managing the funds together with her to ensure they are delivered safely.

My name is Baraa Lafi, a Palestinian/Swedish journalist based in Gaza with my mother and 2 others sister (my rest of family are in Sweden, there we all growing up and living before i come to Gaza to study)

At this war who started(7 October 2023) I have been and standing as a witness to the atrocities and israeli crimes committed against us against the Gazas children and women

But today, I am no longer just a storyteller of others’ pain—I am a victim of the war myself. At the start of this latest war, my home was destroyed in an airstrike, and with it, I lost many friends and family member and my best friend Mohammad!

I am reaching out to you for support. I need help to continue my little sister treatment (Asmaa) to give her a fighting chance to survive, and to begin the difficult journey of rebuilding what little is left of my life.

For 2 Years ago , I have used my camera to shed light on the suffering of others. Today, I humbly ask for your compassion and generosity to help me and my mother and sisters survive this darkest chapter of our lives.
