Many of you know me personally, but some may not. For some time, my brother Randy has been battling sickness and has been in and out of the hospital.
On April 18th, 2016, I learned that my brother passed away. Besides myself and my mother, there is no one who is able to help pay for his funeral. I had been a caregiver to them both for the past several years.
When my brother got sick, I was under the impression that if he was to pass that his funeral/burial would be covered by his burial policy we had taken out several years ago. Unfortunately we found out his burial policy was no good when he passed.
Being an employee of the state, I have reached out to every single person that I thought could assist me in what to do. The few options available were not helpful in Randy's case.
Nevertheless, I have finally been able to make funeral arrangements with Phillips & Robinson Funeral Home, Nashville, Tn. I am today asking for donations not for me, but on behalf of my brother, Charles Randall Boyd. We are trying to raise funds for him, and I ask that you please consider donating so I can give him a proper burial.
You can donate here on behalf of Charles Randall Boyd. Every cent is appreciated. If there is any overage, I plan to purchase a head stone for him and if any after that, I plan on sharing it with others who have lost their loved ones. No one should ever have to go through this when they have lost a family member.
