Last year in July my son's father lied to a judge about serving me with paperwork for court dates. Which never happened. Because I didn't know about the court dates I didn't show up and the  judge granted him full custody. I have not seen him since July and haven't spoken to him since Thanksgiving. I have tried over and over to get his father to come to an agreement about visitation and he has refused to do so. He won't give me his address nor will he tell me where my son goes to school. This isn't the 1st time he has done this. He has tried to keep him several times, but because I know how much a son needs his father I still allowed his father to see him. 
My only option now is to hire an attorney and I need your help to hire one. The typical retainer for an attorney to even start looking into your case is $5,000.00 which will not last long. I live almost 2 hours from where the court case is filed, but once I speak to an attorney and they tell me exactly what I need to do I will drive down there and file whatever paperwork I need to file even if it means having to drive back and forth every day of the week. 
I can't begin to tell you how much my son means to me. I miss him so, so, so much. His sisters miss him so much. 
I don't like asking for help, but I don't know what to do anymore.
