Boogie has a incurable lung disease called Pulmonary Fibrosis. He is in the very late stages of this disease and needs a lung transplant. Cleveland Clinic in Ohio is fastracking him but we need to raise 12,000 by 11/01/16 to show them , we have the money to make all the trips up there and for his gas and lodging for 3 months. Anything will help friends and family. This is his only way to survive. We love everyone and you must know this is killing him to ask so I will for him.
