Anna's Fund

My intent  with creating this go fund me  drive was originally to help my cousin Anna Troxler Holly help pay for gas but today life took a detour, and I am now requesting help for Anna with the passing away of her husband Brandon. Your donations will help pay for rent and funeral expenses.

About 5 years ago Anna's husband Brandon was diagnosed with Hodgekins disease. His treatment was difficult but he was determined to fight it and he did so for many years. Being a father and a husband was what Brandon valued, and helped him to continue painful treatments and set backs with the hopes of being there for his family. Brandon was unable to work due to his illness and Anna was busy taking care of her husband and raising her 2 children.

Anna my cousin had to make difficult financial decisions, and make ends meet which is near impossible with 2 small children and a husband who requires constant medical attention, but she did it.

About a month ago Brandon's health took a significant turn for the worse, and he ended up at Allegheny General Hospital.  He was not able to breath and he was bleeding internally.  Anna and her 2 children live  in Warrendale.  Anna was having to drive to Allegheny General  Hospital every day, which ate up rent money. Brandon was then transferred to West Penn Hospital  in Bloomfield (which is farther from their home) and spent last weeks there.

This afternoon Brandon passed away from complications from his latest stem cell treatment. It was a long battle and the last few month were exceptionally difficult for Anna and her kids.

Anna who has had to be strong for too many years needs some financial help. While Brandon was in the hospital, her car needed repair. Due to car repair cost and gas she is currently behind on bills/rent. In addition she now has funeral costs. The idea of her having to decide between a place to live with her children (my cousins) or paying for her husbands funeral is awfull, something no one should have to do.  Any amount of monetary help will be greatly appreciated, and go to Anna. The money will allow Anna time to grieve with her children, and not worry about having to move due to back owed rent.
