Knowing when to ask for help

In 1999, I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. I had a 13cm size tumor I my chest. Successfully went through the whole chemotherapy and radiation gammit. I’m cancer free still to this day. In 2009, while exercising, I had chest discomfort. That began my journey into being a cardiac patient. Multiple tests and scans later lead to discovering that I developed heart damage from the radiation treatments. I found that the radiation damaged my lungs, my aorta and my heart. I had to have stints put in to open up the arteries and be checked every 6 months. In 2012, my tests showed irregularities so they went in and found that my stints had failed and I needed to have open heart surgery. After my double bypass, I developed atrial fibrillation. It went away and two months ago it came back. More tests later, it was found that i have persistent atrial fibrillation along with heart failure. I’m currently undergoing treatment for that.  I gave you the brief history of why I’ve created this GoFundMe. During my 20 years of my health journey I was employed by a great company that took care of me financially and insurance wise. In 2017, that all went away. Of course I am not allowed to discuss what happened but I lost the financial security that I once had. I currently work for an amazing company that is supporting me while I go through this new battle and luckily i have insurance to cover the medical expenses but it is half of what I was making before. I have also applied for financial assistance to help with all of the out of pocket expenses. Unfortunately, I make too much for government or state assistance even though I can barely pay my bills.
A month before the company I was working with fell apart I signed a 2 year lease renewal and took out a debt consolidation loan. That loan is now in collections as well as everything else. My lease is up at the end of February and I will be moving into a much cheaper place and that’s where you (the ones reading this) come in. I need to move and I do not have the finances or credit to make this happen. I am sincerely asking for your help and I will be so extremely grateful for any asssitance that you can possibly provide. Your financial assistance will go to my final months rent, moving expenses and in and out, first months rent for the new place and past due utility bills. The last two years have really tought me how to be responsible with my finances and live within your means. For those that can help, thank you from the bottom of my heart! For those that can’t I appreciate you too!
