Please Help Save My Only Grandson

This is all something very new to me so bare with me please. I've always been able to manage most things in my life; however now I must ask for help.
You see, about 3 years ago, my sweet grandson (Austin) took a wrong turn in the road and for much of those three years, we lost him to the streets which is the most scary thing we have ever gone through. At that time, he had a wonderful little girl named (Lauryn) who was about a year old at the time.
As most of you probably know, once a person is an adult in the state of Georgia, you cannot force them into treatment. That is a decision they must make on their own. We begged and pleaded with him, we even went to the courts and begged them for assistance to no avail.
Finally, after 3 years of this horrific nightmare, Austin was throw out of the house and told not to come back until he was ready for help. One day, he called crying and said he was ready for help. So, he came home, made the call and on Thanksgiving Day 2016, he entered a treatment facility in Battle Creek Michigan and successfully completed his 12-Step program and returned home on January 7, 2017. This was the first phase and completely paid for by insurance.
However, as a follow-up which would be phase 2, he needs to be in what's called a "Sober-Living" facility. This is an extension of the treatment center and is supervised living. They help him complete his education, teach him everything he needs to know about how to live on his own and helps keep him sober until such time that he can stand on his own. This place is very expensive ($1,000.00 per month) and we, as a family, just cannot manage this right now. It is critical that he enter this location before things begin to go downhill again. The last three years has taken a toll on us financially as well as mentally.
So, I've set a goal and I will personally be in charge of the account. Any monies raised will only go towards Austin's sobriety. So, I'm asking, when you read my story, if God speaks to your heart and you wish to help what I consider a truly worthwhile cause (a young Dad's life), then I know for sure that God will bless each of you for your kindness and generosity. My family will be forever grateful for your kindness and generosity.
