LI, Bahamas Joaquin support
Donation protected
Despite all the jokes on social media about Hurricane Joaquin and vine videos of people swimming to class at schools around the nation, the devastation that it has caused is very real. In Long Island, Bahamas, a small island community, that devastation has not been quite patched up yet.
In fact, Long Island is far from okay.

Imagine your entire house and most of your belongings, gone within a few hours.

Flooding ruined all their appliances and clothing, wind and debris decimated the towns.

Many of them lost everything and need essential items.

Our goal is to raise $500 per family for ten families to purchase one important item. We have priced several of those items here in the states and will purchase and ship them directly to the families.

The items that are most needed include kitchen appliances and beds. Please dontate what you can to help us to help them.
