Zaira's Surgery & Recovery Fund

My name is Zaira and I am a 26-year-old transsexual woman living in Philadelphia, PA.

I am undergoing two major gender-affirming surgeries in 2025, vaginoplasty and facial feminization surgery (FFS). I am getting vaginoplasty first ~~still awaiting a date~~ then FFS about 3 months after. I will be receiving both surgeries at Temple Health!

I am in a constant battle every day with myself; my face, my body, my voice. It's affecting everything. I need these surgeries to feel safer, more like myself, and more feminine.

I need to take off about 3 months for healing and won't be able to work. This fund will all go towards rent, bills, food, medications, and hospital/appointment copays.
