Anyone who knows Carol Hignite knows she has a huge heart and takes in anyone who needs a place to stay. Now she needs our help. Carols daughter Gina passed away unexpectedly last week just three days after giving birth to her daughter Emily. Emily had some respiratory complications, and had to be sent to U.C. Davis. Gina also left behind five other children; Payton, Stephen, Adriana, Thea, and Alisa.
We are raising money to help pay for the memorial service as well as day to day cost of living until Carol can return to work (while she gets her daughters affairs in order). We are also raising money for baby Emily, for all the supplies she might need. All donations will go to Carol directly. We know that this wonderful grandma will make sure all the children get what they need. Our names are Carena Olson and Sarah Andrew's. We have known and worked with Carol for years.
