Katrina Stevens is organizing a fundraiser on behalf of Karen Zimmerman.

I am the daughter of Karen. My mom is the strongest woman i know. She suffered the loss of my dad nearly 6 years ago. She then worked tirelessly everyday to provide for my siblings and I, to make sure we always have everything we needed. She always does so with a smile on her face and an unwavering faith in Jesus.

Over a year ago she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, she went through relentless, exhaustive treatments, all while still working to provide for my 3 siblings. She was in remission for 8 months when they rediscovered cancer. She is again going through treatments while trying to provide for her children and cover expenses including, mortgage, household, and medical costs.
