Michael Whitcomb's Final Expenses

Michael Whitcomb (father, friend, brother, uncle, co-worker, roommate) passed away over the weekend of September 03, 2016. He was only 43 years old. Many friends and family are aware that Michael suffered from severe addiction and depression. Over the years, Michael touched many lives. He was outgoing, fun-loving, kind, compassionate and generous almost to a fault.

WE (several of his friends and myself, Nicole Carbine, and Megan Story) are asking for support and contributions towards Michael's final expenses, including the cremation of his body and a celebration of his life. He left behind few belongings and practically no assets. Cremation services in Bellingham are quoted at 395.00, plus 100.00 for a death certificate and a few other misc. costs. Additional money is needed for the celebration of life- venue and hospitality costs.

WE are so grateful for the outpouring of support and sympathies. WE hope to channel our grief into healing and connection as Michael would have wanted. This, in essence, is one last way we can care for Michael and "send" him Home.
