Please help Juan

Hey guys, I’m creating this go fund me account for my brother Juan. Some of you might know him personally or just know of him. To anyone with a caring heart and a willingness to help those in need, my family and I are desperately seeking help to raise funds to offset the substantial legal fees to fight and defend our older brother’s freedom against someone who is trying to ruin his life and career with false accusations. Juan is an older brother to five siblings, a husband, father to ten beautiful kids and an uncle to fourteen nieces and nephews. My siblings and I grew up knowing him to be a loving, caring, and generous person. Recently, my brother was arrested at his home in the state of Virginia on charges for which he is innocent. Unfortunately, at this moment I am unable to share the details of the case as any disclosures can affect my brother’s ongoing case.

Currently my family (mom, siblings, sister-in law) and I are emotionally broken and have been doing everything in our power to find the funds for my older brother’s lawyer’s fee. The situation has been a detrimental to our life both financially and emotionally. One of our worst fears, is that without proper representation our brother could end up serving 25 years in prison for something he did not commit. The investigation could take months, even years without proper legal representation. My brother needs a Lawyer now and they aren't cheap. We know many are struggling with everything that is already going on. If you can find it in your heart to help us out of this terrible predicament, we would greatly appreciate it. Para cualquiera que tenga un corazón solidario y esté dispuesto a ayudar a los necesitados, mi familia y yo estamos buscando desesperadamente ayuda para recaudar fondos para compensar los importantes honorarios legales para luchar y defender la libertad de nuestro hermano mayor contra alguien que está tratando de arruinar su vida y carrera con acusaciones falsas. Juan es hermano mayor de cinco hermanos, esposo, padre de diez hermosos hijos y tío de catorce sobrinas y sobrinos. Mis hermanos y yo crecimos sabiendo que él era una persona cariñosa, cariñosa y generosa. Recientemente, mi hermano fue arrestado en su casa en el estado de Virginia por cargos de los que es inocente. Desafortunadamente, en este momento no puedo compartir los detalles del caso ya que cualquier divulgación puede afectar el caso en curso de mi hermano.

La situación ha sido perjudicial para nuestra vida tanto financiera como emocionalmente. Uno de nuestros peores temores es que, sin la representación adecuada, nuestro hermano podría terminar cumpliendo 25 años de prisión por algo que no cometió. La investigación podría llevar meses, incluso años sin la representación legal adecuada. Mi hermano necesita un abogado ahora y no son baratos. Sabemos que muchos están luchando con todo lo que ya está sucediendo. Si puede encontrar en su corazón ayudarnos a salir de esta terrible situación, se lo agradeceríamos mucho.
