Gerard's Medical Expenses

Hello, my name is LaToya Evans-Swain and Gerard is my big brother. Anyone who knows him, knows how kind and loyal and strong he is for his family and anyone he cares about. So now, I am asking those who know him to show him how much you appreciate him. My brother has been diagnosed with Prostate cancer, and he has a mass on his chest so he needs to have surgery in Canada immediately.
